Following extensive fire damange, MAINTY was tasked with the preparation, restoration and development of this project.
Providing multiple trades, project management and after a long but successful team effort, we completely brought back to life, what was once a fire damaged shell to a beautifully restored high end property.
Using our in house qualified and experience team, along with our property and building experience ensured that the end result exceeded our clients expectations.
As you can see below the extent of the damage on the property that we were facing. However, there is no challenge too big that MAINTY can not tackle. When you look at the after picture, you would never beleive it was the same property.

Project Wet: The rear of this property needed demolishing and rebuilding in its entirety. MAINTY was tasked with the preparation, restoration and development of project Wet after suffering bad water damage.

A complete rip out and refurbishment of this prime commercial property. The task included turning this property from an American-Style Diner to a modern and unique garden-themed cocktail bar.
This included the design and fabrication of mock-up trees and a resin poured “coin bar”.
