Our founder and CEO, for many years, had a successful career as a Hotelier and managing a number of key bluechip hotels, restaurant and bar properties throughout the UK. During these posts it was drilled into his DNA the absolute need to deliver quality time and time again for over 1,000,000 customers every year! (We are talking failing an audit if a single human hair is found on the carpet of a hotel room!)
From this, he moved on to a directors position for the UK’s largest outsourced facilities management business, directly employing over 4,500 employees and a sales sheet of £60,000,000!
His business skill set can be summarised as detailed – breaking down everything, numbers, KPI’s, service functions, all the way to the fine micro particles which can be adjusted to drive results time and time again.
